Our public website is operated using Wix.

Wix provides certain accessibility functionality and tools that support website accessibility.

We are responsible for the content and configuration of our own website and aim to use available accessibility functionality appropriately.

However, some third-party components, applications or services integrated into the website may have their own accessibility limitations.

4. climateJob Application

We aim to design and develop the climateJob application with accessibility in mind.

This includes considering accessibility when developing: navigation; forms; buttons; menus; tables; job-management screens; customer records; asset records; scheduling functionality; reports; and other user-interface components.

Because climateJob is an evolving software product, some areas may not yet fully meet all accessibility standards.

We will continue to improve accessibility as the application develops.

5. Assistive Technologies

We aim to support commonly used assistive technologies where reasonably practicable.

These may include: screen readers; keyboard navigation; browser accessibility features; screen magnification; voice-control technologies; and operating-system accessibility tools.

The level of support may vary depending on the specific feature, device, browser and assistive technology being used.

6. Known Limitations

We are currently a developing software business and recognise that there may be areas of the website or application that do not fully meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA.

Potential limitations may include: newly introduced features that have not yet undergone a complete accessibility review; third-party components or services; complex interactive functionality; certain PDF documents generated through the application; and accessibility issues that have not yet been identified.

Where we become aware of an accessibility problem, we will assess it and consider appropriate improvements based on its impact and technical feasibility.

We do not claim that the website or application is currently fully compliant with WCAG 2.2 Level AA.

climateJob relies on third-party providers for some aspects of its website and application infrastructure.

Netlify | hosting and deployment;
Supabase | database, backend and authentication;
Resend | email delivery; and
Stripe | payment processing.

Third-party services may have their own accessibility characteristics and limitations.

Where we rely on third-party functionality, we will consider accessibility when selecting and configuring services where reasonably practicable.

We may update this Accessibility Statement as: the website changes; the climateJob application develops; accessibility improvements are implemented; accessibility standards evolve; or our accessibility practices change.
