How the WhatsApp call works

At your scheduled time, a setup expert will call your mobile via WhatsApp Video. You can share your screen or show us your current paperwork, and we'll help you digitise it on the spot.

  1. Pick a time that suits you, including early mornings

  2. We video call you on WhatsApp. There’s nothing to install.

  3. Share your screen and we set it up together
